The desired release profile includes immediate release of 40-50% during the first hour to optimize sleep induction, followed by 50-60% sustained release tapering off after 6 hours to help maintain sleep and prevent midnight awakenings.
This innovative approach addresses both sleep onset and sleep maintenance, providing comprehensive support throughout the night. NuMel-SR® represents a technological advancement in sleep supplementation, ensuring effective melatonin delivery aligned with natural sleep architecture.
